The Clouds – 2020
NEW ALBUM April 17th “The Clouds” (Hoob records) with Lina Nyberg Tentet:

Jazz singer and composer Lina Nyberg releases her 20th album APRIL 17th 2020. Through the work with the new album ”The Clouds” Lina Nyberg has been inspired by inner journeys as well as regular travels across the world, synesthetic perception but also other artistic expressions, like visual art and litterature. The music is a combination of wild thunderstorm clouds and improv fog.
This is Linas 20th album and she has been writing music for ten musicians. The participating musicians are a real all star band with some of the leading improvisers in Scandinavia right now: Susana Santos Silva trumpet, Karin Hammar trombone, Per Texas Johansson flute, Fredrik Ljungkvist clarinet, Alberto Pinton bass clarinet, and of course Linas regular band since more than ten years: Cecilia Persson piano, David Stackenäs guitars, Josef Kallerdahl bass and Peter Danemo drums.
A Scandinavian tour with the Tentet is planned for October and November 2020.
